Revitalizing a neighborhood: In an endeavor to reimagine the Grandview Heights Business District, REALM was invited to participate in a comprehensive planning study. This study involves a meticulous analysis of the district’s current state, employing a range of spatial assessment techniques. Through interactive engagement sessions including open houses, surveys, public meetings, and an interactive walk along 1st Ave and Grandview Ave, the project team will continue to get to know residents of  the neighborhood and better understand their wants and needs.

Planning for the future: The project team’s objective is to envision a potential future for the Grandview Heights Business District—one that caters to the needs of future generations. By delving into spatial analysis, REALM aims to empower stakeholders with a deeper understanding of their neighborhood’s existing fabric. Furthermore, this exploration encourages stakeholders to think expansively about how the district can evolve into an exciting and vibrant public realm.
